Two Crafts, One Table

Join Tōsei for a coffee ceremony featuring the Dragon Scale Coffee Set, a handcrafted ceramic brewing system designed and made in-house.

Two seasonal coffees from La Cabra will be brewed and served — one darker, one lighter — offering a chance to taste the range of flavors within a single season’s harvest.

The ceremony is paired with two dessert courses by Korean pastry chef Yujung Kim, created to complement the coffees course by course.
